- Pack the product
When packing the product, please attach to the package:
- proof of purchase, i.e. receipt, invoice, payment confirmation (or e-mail address in the case of voucher payments),

completed complaint form.
- Send to us (the cost of shipping is borne by the customer)
All complaints should be directed to the address of the wholesaler, this is:

Please do not send parcels on delivery! - We're sending the money back
The decision regarding the complaint will be made within 14 days.
