Returns

Each product purchased in our store can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, without giving any reason.

Warning! Printed goods are not subject to the return procedure.

  1. Pack the product

    When packing the product, please attach to the package:

    • proof of purchase, i.e. receipt, invoice, payment confirmation (or e-mail address in the case of voucher payments),
    • completed withdrawal form.

  2. Send to us (the cost of shipping is borne by the customer)

    All returns should be sent to the address of the wholesaler, this is:
    SPORTPROFIS Sp. z o.o. Sp. K., ul. Kożuchowska 20D, 65-364 Zielona Góra, Poland. Please do not send parcels on delivery!

  3. We're sending the money back

    The money for the goods will be returned within 1-3 business days by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer.
