General provisions
- The administrator of personal data collected via the Online Store is SPORTPROFIS Group Sp. z o.o. (address of the place of business: ul. Kożuchowska 20d, 65-001 Zielona Góra) entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity of the Republic of Poland kept by the minister responsible for economy, NIP 9291978524, REGON 382080709, e-mail address: bob@kitman.pl - hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator" and being at the same time the Service Provider of the Online Store and the Seller.
- The personal data of the Service Recipient (Customer) is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended) and the Electronic Services Provision Act of July 18, 2002. (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
- The administrator takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that the data collected by him are processed in accordance with the law; collected for specified, lawful purposes and not subjected to further processing inconsistent with these purposes; factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form that allows the identification of persons to whom they relate, no longer than it is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.

Purpose and scope of data collection
- The purpose of collecting personal data by the Administrator is:
- establishing, shaping the content, changing, performing or terminating the contractual relationship between the Service Provider (Seller) and the Service Recipient (Customer) consisting in the provision of Electronic Services via the Online Store or the conclusion and performance of the Product Sales Agreement and their delivery to the Customer.
- direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services.
- Customer's participation in the Seller's rebate program.
- Recipients of personal data:
- In the case of a Customer who uses the Online Store with the method of delivery by post or courier, the Administrator provides the Customer's collected personal data, to the extent and not longer than necessary for delivery, to the selected carrier performing the shipment at the request of the Administrator.
- In the case of a Customer who uses the Online Store with the method of electronic payments or with a payment card, the Administrator provides the collected personal data of the Customer, to the extent and no longer than it is necessary to make the payment, to the selected entity servicing the above payments in the Online Store.
- The administrator processes the following personal data of the Service Users (Customers): name and surname; e-mail address; contact telephone number; address (street, house number, apartment number, zip code, city, country). In the case of Customers (Customers) who are not also consumers, the Administrator additionally processes the company name and tax identification number (NIP).
- Providing personal data referred to in point 2.3. it is necessary for the Service Provider to provide Electronic Services as part of the Online Store or to conclude a Product Sales Agreement. Each time, the scope of the required data is also indicated in the Regulations of the Online Store and before the commencement of the provision of a specific Electronic Service or the conclusion of a Sales Agreement on the Online Store website.

Cookies and operational data
- Cookies are small text information in the form of text files, sent by the server and saved on the side of the user visiting the Online Store website (e.g. on the hard drive of the computer, laptop or on the smartphone's memory card - depending on which device you use by visiting our Online Store). - The Online Store uses two types of "session" cookies - these are temporary files that remain stored on the computer or other device of the Customer until logging out of the website or turning off the web browser. "Permanent" - these are files that remain on the Customer's device for the time specified in the parameter of a given Cookie file or until they are manually deleted by the Customer.
- The Service Provider processes the data contained in Cookies when visitors use the website of the Online Store for the following purposes:
- identifying the Recipients as logged in to the Online Store and showing that they are logged in;
- remembering Products added to the basket in order to place an Order;
- remembering data from completed Order Forms or login details to the Online Store;
- keeping anonymous statistics showing how to use the Online Store website and researching the needs of the Service Recipients, excluding personal identification of the Service Recipient.

- for the purposes of audience analysis and research;
- to provide advertising services;
- ensuring the safety and reliability of the website.
- By default, most web browsers available on the market accept cookies by default. Everyone has the option to define the terms of using cookies using the settings of their own web browser. This means that you can, for example, partially limit (e.g. temporarily) or completely disable the option of saving cookies on your computer - in the latter case, however, it may affect some of the functionalities of the Online Store (for example, it may be impossible to pass the Order path through the Form). Orders).
- The web browser settings in the field of cookies are important from the point of view of consent to the use of cookies by our Online Store - in accordance with the law, such consent may also be expressed through the settings of the web browser.

- The service provider also processes anonymised operational data (so-called logs - IP address, domain) to generate statistics helpful in administering the Online Store. These data are aggregate and anonymous, i.e. they do not contain features that identify visitors to the Online Store website. Logs are not disclosed to third parties.

The basis for processing cookies and operational data
- Providing personal data by the Service Recipient / Customer is voluntary, but failure to provide the personal data indicated in the Regulations necessary to conclude a Sales Agreement or an Agreement for the provision of Electronic Services results in the refusal to conclude this agreement. The data necessary to conclude a Sales Agreement or a contract for the provision of Electronic Services are also indicated each time on the website of the Online Store.
- The basis for the processing of personal data of the Service Recipient / Customer is the need to perform the contract to which the Service Recipient / Customer is a party or to take action at his request before its conclusion. In the case of data processing for direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services and in order to participate in the Seller's rebate program, the basis for such processing is the consent of the Service Recipient / Customer.

The right to control, access and correct your data
- The Service Recipient has the right to access their personal data and correct them.
- Each person has the right to control the processing of data concerning him, contained in the Administrator's data set, in particular the right to: request supplementing, updating, rectifying personal data, temporarily or permanently suspending their processing or removing them if they are incomplete or out of date, untrue or have been collected in violation of the Act or are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
- In the case of data processing for direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services, the data subject is also entitled to submit a written, motivated request to stop processing his data due to his special situation and to object to the processing of his data.
- In order to exercise the rights referred to above, you can use the options within the Account or by sending an appropriate message by e-mail to the following address: bob@kitman.pl or in writing to the Administrator's address.

Final Provisions
- The Online Store may contain links to other websites. The administrator urges that after switching to other websites, read the privacy policy established there. This privacy policy applies only to this Online Store.
- The administrator uses technical and organizational measures to ensure protection of the processed personal data appropriate to the threats and categories of data protected, and in particular, protects the data against unauthorized disclosure, removal by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable laws and change, loss, damage or destruction.
- The Service Provider provides the following technical measures to prevent the acquisition and modification of personal data sent electronically by unauthorized persons:
- Securing the data set against unauthorized access.
- Access to the Account only after providing an individual login and password.
